I loved staying at the hotel and would use them next time. The restaurant was excellent with great service staff. I had delicious dishes. The staff were extremely helpful. The facilities provided were good. The location was magnificent, a short distance from a monumental fountain. You could walk to a mall and an old market.

City Hotel was very clean and modern, close to old town square and bus and tram stops. It was also walking distance to parks and malls. The staff was helpful and courteous. As a busness hotel, it was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really nice stay for business trip. the staff was attentive, took good care of everyone. - the room was exceptional, outstanding with TV and had essentials I needed. - the location was unbeatable and magnificent, relatively close to Opera Nova Conference Centre. - There was a shopping centre and an old market around the hotel. - Everything was perfect, I recommend.

The city of Bydgoscz in Polnd is a lovly city and so is the old city.The hotel is near it.

The rooms were quite spacious and had a good wired internet connection, which was reliable. we enjoyed watching shows on the LCD TVs. 🌟

Very friendly staff from the receptionists to the bar staff to the cleaners. Stayed in alot of hotels in my life and was very surprised at how nice and helpful everyone was. Also managed to delay check out last minute by an hour which was nice of them.
Pretty expensive food and room service also expensive, fiver in poland for a cup of soup but I was lazy and it came very quickly! Looks wise very 80's and off a very busy street. Unfortunately just not as impressive as another 4 star hotel down the road, but this hotel does have less attitude. Windows also attract a lot of heat and theres no aircon.

For the purpose of our visit was to visit family in Bydgoszcz the location was ideal but the price was a little too high, otherwise we have no complaints. May I say this is the sixth time we that my family and us have stayed at the City hotel so that should speak for itself.

Very good situeated, near to the city center, very good hotel serwis, high quality
O have only few small advices ;) the map of the city should be in the room, the wire for the internet connection should be in the room… The hair drier should be in the bathroom - not hidden in the wardrobe … fanny is also that in the huge nice bathroom there is only one power spot and situated so far from the mirror… But those are ally small my comments to make this hotel better. I will recommend and for sure will stay again in case of visit in Bydgoszcz…
